This Meiselman-built mid-century modern home in Sunrise Park is one of those rare properties that earns the word ""curated."" Redesigned by Lolo Interiors, every detail has been chosen with intention: sand-blasted wood beam ceilings, polished concrete floors, a sculptural globe chandelier in the dining room, and a warm palette of terracotta, ochre, and organic neutrals. The result is a home that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person.

The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly through sliding glass walls to a covered outdoor lounge with woven rattan seating, a raffia pendant, and views straight through to the pool. The backyard is fully enclosed by 10-foot hedges for complete privacy: heated pool and elevated spa, fire pit seating area, BBQ, hammock, and sun loungers on manicured grass. The San Jacinto mountains appear just over the tree line.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the dining space anchored by a black cerused oak round table and leather-woven chairs. Three calming bedrooms, each with its own distinct design moment, complete the home.
